Glenda Motsavage to Minister on August 8 in 10:30 AM Service
Glenda is a Licensed Minister, certified Christian
counselor, Bible Teacher, and Conference Speaker.
She has authored several publications including her riveting
testimony in book form, "The Bride Wore Black."
She, along with her husband Stan, are Co-Founders of
Sozo Ministries, an Evangelistic Ministry with a
vision to teach and impart the healing power of God.
She and Stan have been married twenty two years, and
make their home in Poinciana, Florida, where they have
also been instrumental in a church plant that now
exceeds 1200 attendees.
Glenda is also the daughter of our own Carol Fulkroad!
Come out for a great time of blessing and ministry on
August 8th!

Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to evangelize the lost, exalt God, and equip believers to fulfill
the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20)
Statement of Vision
The vision of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to present Christ in a relevant, creative and caring way to all
unsaved and unchurched people while providing and environment where
people from Dauphin and surrounding counties can grow to their
potential in Christ.

Senior Pastor -
Norman Lawrence
|
Rev. Norman Lawrence has served in full-time ministry for over 20
years as Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor in
churches in the Potomac and Pennsylvania-Delaware District
Councils of the Assemblies of God. He is a 1982
Graduate of Zion Bible Institute.
Lawrence has also recorded music on t wo
occasions, most recently, with his wife. They have released a CD
entitled, "One Less Stone." The music CD also contains a
song entitled, "Pray the Price." He wrote this song following an
inspirational message in which the speaker encouraged all of the
pastors in attendance to "pray the price" if they expected to see
lasting results in the lives of people, as well as in their own
ministries.
Brenda
brings a love for people with her, and
enjoys ministering to Children, as well as using her singing
abilities to bring Glory to God. Brenda has served in
previous ministries such as; Missionettes Sectional Coordinator,
Missionettes Sponsor, Choir, Worship Team Member, Women's
Ministries leader, and more. She is a 1985 Graduate of Zion
Bible College, and traveled extensively with the Zion Collegians
ministering in song as well as promoting the great work of Zion.
Dwayne
is 21 years old (as of 2009) and is
attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
Aaron is 20 years old (as of 2009) and is attending Zion Bible
College in Haverhill, MA.
They both enjoy
time in Maine during the summer at Whited Bible Camp both as
Campers and Counselors.
We are believing for
continued growth in the church spiritually and numerically.

Associate Pastor - Matthew Fischl
The
congregation of Millersburg Assembly of God located at 2261 Shippen Dam
Road recently welcomed Pastor Matthew Fischl as the newest member of the
pastoral staff serving as Associate Pastor.
Matthew recently gained credentials with the Pennsylvania-Delaware
District Council of the Assemblies of God, and comes to Millersburg with
a wealth of ministry experience, as well as a B.A. in Religion and Minor
in Studio Art from Ashland University. He also holds a Master of
Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary.
He has served churches in Ohio and Pennsylvania as Worship Pastor, Choir
Director, and Youth Pastor. While serving in these ministries, he
directed the creation of youth and adult Choirs, drama ministry teams,
annual missions trips, Bible studies, community projects, as well as
teaching and preaching to both youth and adults.
In addition to serving in Boy Scout leadership, Matthew has also
utilized his musical abilities through guitar and orchestral music
lessons.
Matthew’s responsibilities at Millersburg Assembly of God will include
directing the Worship Team and Choir, as well as Growth Group
development, and other pastoral duties.
Matthew resides in Millersburg.

Lisa Snyder
Lisa Snyder
joined the staff of the church in the Fall of 2006 and blesses the
church with her talents and abilities in the office as she answers
the phone, produces the bulletin and newsletter, organizes church
mailings and a host of other things .too numerous to mention
Lisa is also very active in the church in a
variety of volunteer efforts including the organization of church
fellowship dinners and decorations of the sanctuary and foyer.

Church Custodians
Mark and Brenda Zeiset
Mark and Brenda joined the
team in the Fall of 2006, and continue to be a great asset to the church in
the area of cleaning, as well as a variety of other ministries. Mark
is also the Director of the Mens Ministries of the Church.

Church Custodian
Bertha Daley

Bertha Daley has been a
member of Millersburg for many years, and has served as it's custodian
faithfully.
She also serves the church in many other
areas, including the Missionettes Program, the Bread of Life Food Ministry
and any other areas that need assistance.
